God I love freeware 
I found this great application called Wink. Wink is a tutorial and presentation creation software. It can be used to create tutorials on how to use a software, or make demos of a software. Using Wink you can capture screenshots, add explanations boxes, buttons, titles etc. Afterwards you can render the demo/tutorial as a swf and upload it to your website, or you can create a windowes executable. Pretty neat
